James is the CEO of Trident International and Managing Director of JIH Consultants. He has over 25+ years’ Water and Wastewater industry experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to support multi-disciplinary teams in KSA.

He has an extensive background of managing projects for clients in the UK Infrastructure industry and the Middle East and is an expert in the Water and Wastewater Sectors.

James is a leading expert in water management in the UK water industry, including advanced network control.

His previous experience includes leading the Jeddah strategic reservoirs PMO for NWC in KSA.

He has supported international clients with the development of innovation technology products and concepts, knowledge transfer, and the management of technical projects in Smart Controls, Asset Management, Intelligent Networks and Network Water Management.

Martyn as Chief Technical & Financial Director of Trident International, he is also the Managing Director of Trident Hydraulic and Transient Solutions Ltd.

He  leads technical delivery and product service development in the UK Head Office.

He has over 20+ years’ experience in the Water, Wastewater and Buildings Infrastructure industries, and is an expert in Hydraulic Engineering and modelling.

His specialist subject areas include network modelling, leakage reduction, valve manufacturing, air valve design, commissioning systems and technical training delivery.

In conjunction with Dr. Brian Plemper, he has published several papers on the control and optimisation of water networks and has worked in partnership with renowned industry experts in pressure management and leakage.

Andy is a Technical Director Trident Group Solutions.  With over 25+ years’ experience, he has a reputation for his innovative approach to successfully addressing the performance challenges faced by modern water companies.  Such challenges primarily relate to issues such as interruptions to supply, optimisation of capital investment, future planning, water quality, level of service and leakage.  

Andy is passionate about exploiting the maximum benefit and value that hydraulic modelling can deliver and  has demonstrated a commitment to designing new modelling applications, growing modelling capability through training across the industry and commitment to presenting at industry events.

Previous experience includes 23 years consultancy work, combining real-world operational experience gained through delivering major Leakage, DMA establishment and Pressure Management contracts.

Ryan is the AI and Software Director at Trident Intelligent Solutions. He joined Trident after completing a PhD in Machine Learning, where his research focused on deep learning, explainable AI, and signal processing.

Since joining Trident, Ryan has worked across a wide range of projects in the water industry, developing solutions such as leakage prediction tools, automated model-build software, and systems for generating automated asset and model health scores.

His work blends cutting-edge research with real-world applications, enabling clients to harness AI in meaningful, impactful ways.
